With the encouragement from the department and the successful adoption of modern techniques, the quality of cocoon production steadily improved. With her dedication and hard work, Jyotibai has now successfully earned a total income of ₹1,72,872 from her one-acre mulberry farm and silkworm rearing. She has realized good prices by selling her produced cocoons in the market, a result of quality production and market management.
