Acting swiftly on a report of a baby crying near a well in Devli village, under the Raiypuria police station jurisdiction, a police team took the infant under their care and ensured timely hospitalization and medical treatment.

Prompt Action Saves Infant's Life

The incident occurred on August 18, when the Raiypuria police station received information about a newborn crying near a well in Devli village. Upon receiving the alert, Station House Officer Inspector Smt. Geeta Jaatav, along with her team, immediately rushed to the scene.

Without a moment's delay, the police officers took the newborn under their protection and promptly transported it to the hospital in their vehicle for admission. This swift action by the police ensured that the newborn received essential medical assistance on time, which proved crucial for its survival.

Investigation Underway for Infant's Abandonment

Raiypuria police are treating this case with utmost seriousness, prioritizing the safety and medical treatment of the newborn. A case has been registered as per regulations.
