Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with immense joy and fanfare at the Government Primary School in Pachera, Bhind district. Students actively participated in various cultural and religious activities, filling the entire atmosphere with enthusiasm.
'Matki Phod' Competition Steals the Show
The main highlight of the event was the 'Matki Phod' competition, in which young children participated with great zeal. Alongside this thrilling competition, several other entertaining and creative programs were organized within the school premises, providing opportunities to nurture the children's talents.
Little Krishna and Radha Captivate the Audience
The 'Radha-Krishna Roop Sajja' (costume) competition was particularly appreciated during the ceremony. Adorned in enchanting costumes of Lord Shri Krishna and Radha Rani, the little ones charmed everyone present at the school with their innocent presentations.
Devotional Performances Delight Attendees
Students presented melodious bhajans based on the life of Lord Shri Krishna, along with captivating dances to patriotic and cultural songs. They also enacted short plays depicting the childhood pastimes of Lord Shri Krishna, immersing the audience in devotion.
Conclusion and Vote of Thanks
At the end of the program, 'makhhan-mishri' (butter-sugar) and 'panjiri' (a type of sweet) prasad was distributed to all the children and villagers. School In-charge, Mrs. Anju Sharma, expressed her gratitude to all the guests for the event's success and informed the children about the significance of Janmashtami and Lord Krishna's messages.
On this occasion, Shrotam Singh Bhadauria and Sarvesh Kumar Dixit praised the students' performances and encouraged them. Block Education Supervisor (C.A.C.) Sanjeev Sharma congratulated the school family for the successful and disciplined event and wished the children a bright future.
