Jan-Vishwas Camp in Aron: Villagers Receive Government Services Under One Roof

Camp Organised Under Chief Minister's Jan-Vishwas Campaign

A district-level camp was organized in Rampur Gram Panchayat of the Aron development block under the Chief Minister's Jan-Vishwas Campaign. The objective was to provide local residents with quick access to various government services in a single location.

Citizens from 19 Gram Panchayats in the Aron region participated in this camp and submitted applications to resolve their issues. On-the-spot actions were taken regarding mutation, partition, division of land, caste and domicile certificates, eligibility slips, Aadhaar cards, and Ayushman cards.

For cases that could not be resolved immediately, instructions were given to the concerned officials for their time-bound resolution. During the camp, financial assistance was also distributed to beneficiaries of government welfare schemes.

Financial Assistance and Loan Distribution

Under the Sabal Yojana, 5 eligible beneficiaries each received financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh. Under the Mudra Loan Scheme, a total of Rs 3 lakh in loans was distributed to 3 entrepreneurs, which will aid in their business expansion.

To promote women empowerment, an amount of Rs 6.50 lakh was handed over to 2 self-help groups. Additionally, the benefits of schemes from other important departments, including the old-age pension scheme run by the Social Justice Department, were delivered to eligible villagers.

Direct Dialogue Between Officials and Villagers

Prior to the camp's organization, district collector Kishor Kumar Kanyal and DFO Akshay Rathore, along with other departmental officials, visited the area and inspected government institutions. Following this, at the main event held in the Panchayat Bhavan, public representatives and administrative officials established direct dialogue with the villagers.

The camp commenced with Kanya Pujan and the welcome of guests. During this dialogue session, villagers presented their individual and collective problems to the officials. Officials listened to each issue with sensitivity and assured prompt and appropriate action for their resolution.

Udyam Samvaad: Promoting Self-Employment

A significant session of the camp was organized as 'Udyam Samvaad' (Enterprise Dialogue), in which local entrepreneurs and citizens involved in self-employment participated. In this session, farmers, welders, painters, and individuals from other professions discussed their activities, business challenges, and future plans in detail.

Officials assured the provision of necessary support for business expansion and strengthening and issued special instructions to the relevant departments in this regard. Many beneficiaries mentioned the help received in successfully advancing their self-employment through government training programs and financial assistance, leading to their economic self-reliance.

Detailed Information on Public Welfare Schemes

Various government departments set up their stalls at the camp, providing detailed information about their public welfare schemes to the general public. Through these stalls, villagers were informed about scheme eligibility, application procedures, and methods for receiving benefits.

The presence of SDM Aron, Ms. Manjusha Khatri, and other administrative officials added dignity to the camp. This event is considered a significant step towards reducing the distance between the government machinery and the general public.

The administration's primary goal was to ensure that people in rural areas do not have to repeatedly visit government offices for minor administrative tasks and that they can easily access all necessary services in one location. This Jan-Vishwas Camp proved to be an effective initiative in promoting rural development and good governance.
