The primary objective of this camp is to ensure citizens can easily access the benefits of various public welfare schemes and services provided by the government. Sub-divisional officer Manjusha Khatri inspected the community hall on Wednesday to ensure the successful operation and smooth arrangements for the camp.

Preparations Underway for Citizen Outreach

During this significant inspection, Sub-divisional Officer Manjusha Khatri was accompanied by Tehsildar Dhirendra Gupta, Chief Municipal Officer Dinesh Kumar Soni, and Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat Gaurav Yadav. These senior officials closely observed the ongoing preparations at the camp site.

They ensured that all essential facilities, such as seating arrangements, inquiry counters, and information boards, were established systematically. The officials also directed that representatives from various government departments be present at the camp to facilitate direct interaction and information gathering for citizens according to their needs.

Ensuring Smooth Access to Scheme Benefits

The administrative team has made efforts to ensure citizens receive accurate and detailed information about various schemes at the camp, enabling them to avail the benefits easily. The aim of this 'Jan Vishwas Abhiyan' is not only to deliver scheme benefits but also to build a strong bridge of trust between the government and the public. To achieve this, administrative officials have also ensured the establishment of a grievance redressal cell at the camp.

Grievance Redressal and Citizen Engagement

In this cell, citizens can register their problems and ensure their prompt resolution. Additionally, experiences of beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes will be shared to inspire other citizens. It is viewed as a significant step towards making citizens aware of government services and support, thereby empowering them. This will not only provide immediate benefits but also contribute to the long-term development of society. The administration is confident of the success of this event and anticipates organizing similar programs in the future.
