Grand Religious Ceremony in Tilak Nagar

A grand Shrimad Bhagwat Katha Gyan Mahayagya is set to take place in the Tilak Nagar area of East Indore. This eight-day religious ceremony will begin on September 26 and conclude on October 3. The primary aim of this event is to provide mental peace to people and inspire them towards the right direction in life.

The Katha will be recited by the renowned scholar from Kashi, Acharya Dr. Prabhakar Tripathi Maharaj, with his powerful oratory. Members of the organizing committee, including Rajesh Udawat and publicity chief Shailendra Mahajan, stated that this Katha is being organized with the objective of circulating positive energy among the public.

The recitation will occur daily from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, extensively illuminating various dimensions of religion. A palpable atmosphere of excitement prevails among the residents of the area regarding this event.

Detailed Program of the Eight-Day Katha

On the first day of the Katha, September 26, there will be a description of traditions along with the story of Bhagwat Mahatmya and Gokarna-Moksha. The second day will feature a discourse through the dialogue between King Parikshit and Shukdev, paving the way for spiritual progress.

The third day will narrate the story of Prahlad's devotion and the avatar of Lord Shri Ram, underscoring the unbreakable bond between the devotee and the divine. The fourth day of the Katha will be particularly significant as the birth anniversary of Lord Shri Krishna will be celebrated with great fervor. On this auspicious occasion, Nand Utsav will also be celebrated, and Makhan-Mishri prasad will be distributed among devotees. This day will symbolize joy and merriment, immersing everyone in the colors of devotion.

Recounting Divine Leelas and Characters

On the fifth day, Acharya Dr. Prabhakar Tripathi Maharaj will provide a detailed account of Lord Shri Krishna's childhood leelas and the Govardhan Leela. The sixth day will feature the episodes of Kans Vadh and the enchanting Rasa Leela, which will be a special attraction for devotees and will mesmerize the mind.

The seventh day will narrate the story of Dwarka Leela and the marriage of Mata Rukmini, symbolizing divine love. On the eighth and final day, a poignant description of Sudama Charitra will be presented, offering an example of friendship and dedication. This will be followed by Shrimad Gita Pravachan, Purnahuti, and the farewell of Acharya Shukdev, marking the conclusion of this auspicious program. These various stories and episodes will take listeners on a spiritual journey.
