Actor Imran Khan is officially making his comeback to Bollywood with the spy-comedy Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos, produced by Aamir Khan Productions. The film is set to release in theatres on 16 January, 2026.

Aamir Khan Drops Teaser

Aamir Khan Productions shared a three-minute teaser on X, writing:
“Get ready for a wild ride of comedy, action, romance, and some spy stuff as well.”

The teaser features a humorous exchange between Aamir Khan and director Vir Das about whether the film will be a hit. Aamir initially doubts Vir’s storytelling, but after the film gets an enthusiastic test-screening response, Aamir beams with pride.

Imran Khan appears briefly at the 2:57 mark, sporting a rugged, tousled-hair look.
