From Veerpura to Medical Officer: Harsh Darshan Rai's Achievement
Harsh Darshan Rai, a resident of the small village of Veerpura near Naugaon in Chhatarpur district, has entered the medical field after obtaining the prestigious MBBS degree. He recently assumed his duties as a Medical Officer in Chandan Nagar, Chhatarpur.
This accomplishment brings pride not only to his family but is also a moment of glory for the entire district. Born on December 13, 2001, in Veerpura, Harsh Darshan Rai was inspired from childhood by his grandfather, Ramshwar Rai, a retired Principal, and his father, Ramshankar Rai, to become a doctor.
Raised with strong family values and high moral principles, Harsh Darshan completed his schooling up to twelfth grade at Takshashila Public School. Subsequently, he succeeded in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and completed his medical studies at a reputed medical college in Bhopal.
Grand Welcome in Veerpura Village
In celebration of Dr. Harsh Darshan Rai's remarkable success, villagers and local dignitaries organized a grand felicitation ceremony at the Maa Vindhyavasini temple complex in Veerpura village. Dignitaries including Lalit Nayak, operator of Takshashila School, social worker Santosh Gangele, journalists Rakesh Pathak and Umesh Dwivedi, Mulayam Singh Rai, Vikas Trivedi, and Raghuveer Sharan Pujari Maharaj participated in the event.
During the ceremony, Dr. Rai was honored with garlands and presented with bouquets. A unique aspect of the program was the observance of the traditional 'Beti Pujan' (daughter's worship) ritual, adding to the dignity of the occasion. Villagers extended heartfelt best wishes for Dr. Rai's bright future and highlighted his hard work and dedication as an inspiration for other youth in the region.
