Ownership Scheme Implementation Accelerated in Guna

Guna District is set to accelerate the implementation of the 'Ownership Scheme', aimed at clarifying land ownership in rural areas. District Collector Kishore Kumar Kanyal has issued directives to expedite the process, following a detailed review of the scheme's progress via video conferencing.

Registrations Progress and Future Directives

According to official figures, a total of 24 registrations have been completed in Guna district so far. While expressing satisfaction with this progress, Collector Kanyal stressed the importance of completing the remaining registrations within the stipulated deadlines. He instructed the concerned officials to treat this task with utmost seriousness and priority, recognizing it as a significant government initiative.

Objectives and Transparent Execution

Collector Kanyal highlighted that the Ownership Scheme aims to clearly define land ownership and streamline property records in rural areas. He emphasized adherence to the prescribed procedures in all stages to ensure accurate and transparent outcomes. The administration is continuously monitoring the work to prevent any delays.

The scheme provides villagers with ownership documents through drone mapping and surveys in Gram Panchayats, helping reduce land disputes and boost the rural economy.

Furthermore, the Collector advised officials to leverage innovative technologies to enhance the efficiency of the process. The scheme, he noted, directly contributes to the empowerment of rural families by granting them property rights, enabling access to loans and strengthening their economic standing.

Ensuring Timely Benefits for Beneficiaries

The District Collector urged officials to closely monitor the pace of scheme implementation in their respective jurisdictions. Any obstacles encountered must be resolved promptly to ensure that the benefits of the Ownership Scheme reach eligible beneficiaries on time. He assured that the review of ongoing work under this scheme will continue to ensure quality deliverables.
