Guna: Accusations of Crop Destruction and Woman Harassment Against Local Strongmen
A family in Guna alleges that three local strongmen destroyed a crop worth Rs 4 lakh and harassed women. They have sought police protection.

Family Seeks Justice After Crop Vandalism and Harassment
In Kishangarh village, under the Cant police station area, a victimized family has lodged a serious complaint at the Superintendent of Police's office, alleging that three local strongmen destroyed their ready crop, worth approximately Rs 4 lakh, hurled abuses, and molested their women. The family has demanded immediate steps for their safety.
Dispute Escalates to Crop Destruction
Members of the victimized family, including Jitendra Lodha, Sunitabai, Simabai, and Vindhyabai, stated in a petition submitted to the SP that a dispute has been ongoing with the villagers Maharaj Singh Lodha, Kedar Lodha, and Ramswaroop Lodha since July 2026. Due to this animosity, the accused allegedly removed wire fencing from their nearly 5 bigha field last night and released 40-50 cattle into the standing crop of chili, bitter gourd, and cucumber.
Accusations of Molestation and Threats
According to Jitendra Lodha, the incident occurred while he was at the Nanakeri mandi selling vegetables. When the women objected to the cattle being let into the crop, the accused allegedly not only molested them with ill intentions but also used vulgar language. The family claims the accused have previously severely beaten one of their members and are now threatening to frame them in false cases and kill them. The destruction of the ready crop, valued at approximately Rs 4 lakh, has resulted in significant financial loss to the family.
Demand for Strict Action and Protection
The family has urged the Superintendent of Police to register a strict criminal case against the accused and provide them with immediate protection, enabling them to live in the village without fear.
