GTA Online Winter Update Rolls Out New Supercars, Festive Events, and Big Cash Rewards

Rockstar Games has kicked off GTA Online’s winter update, packing the holiday season with new vehicles, limited-time events, and generous in-game bonuses running through early January. From festive outfits and returning fan-favourite modes to high-paying heists and deep discounts, the update is designed to keep Los Santos busy through the year-end break.

Two New Cars Take the Spotlight

The headline addition this winter is the Progen Luiva, a roofless supercar built for open-air driving. Now available at Legendary Motorsport, the Luiva fits Rockstar’s winter theme of style-meets-speed. GTA+ members can also pick it up directly from The Vinewood Car Club showroom.

Another major change opens up the Vapid FMJ MK V to all players. Previously locked behind GTA+ membership, the car—originally a track-focused prototype inspired by classic 1960s Vapid designs—is now on sale at Legendary Motorsport and can be further enhanced at Hao’s Special Works.

Property Perks and GTA+ Bonuses

Players who completed all three New Listings Missions before December 7 unlocked a GTA$2,000,000 discount on Prix Luxury Real Estate properties, along with the Black Rockstar Varsity Crewneck. These rewards remain claimable until January 7.

GTA+ subscribers get an extra incentive during the same window, with an additional GTA$1,000,000 off mansion properties.

Holiday Login Rewards and Festive Gear

Logging in between December 23 and January 7 nets players a bundle of seasonal items, including the Season’s Greetings Sweater, New Year Fireworks Bodysuit, Snowball Launcher, Candy Cane melee weapon, and a Firework Launcher with rockets—plus restocked snacks, armor, and ammo.

Rockstar Games newsletter subscribers who play between December 18 and 31 will also receive a Red Festive Tree Hat, delivered within 72 hours.

Limited-Time Holiday Events Return

Several popular seasonal activities are back:

  • Yeti Hunt challenges players to track a mysterious creature.

  • Snowball Fights bring chaotic winter fun.

  • The Gooch encounter rewards his outfit if defeated.

  • Weazel Plaza Shootout tasks players with stopping robbers, unlocking the WM 29 Pistol.

From December 23 to 29, players can hunt down all 25 snowmen scattered across the map to earn the Snowman Outfit. Meanwhile, the roaming eCola Happy Holidays Hauler drops surprise gifts like cash, RP, ammo, snacks, and festive sweaters.

Big Rewards for Heists and Businesses

The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid is especially lucrative this season. Completing the finale as a leader earns a one-time GTA$500,000 bonus, with the same payout available to Associates and Bodyguards. Leaders who finish the raid between December 30 and January 7 can earn an additional GTA$300,000 and the Krampus Sweater.

Elsewhere, Biker Weed Sell Missions are paying double GTA$ this week, with mansion owners able to boost profits further through Production Boosts. The Community Series and Overtime Rumble modes are also offering double GTA$ and RP, with GTA+ members earning even higher multipliers.

Free Vehicles and Seasonal Discounts

Between December 23 and 29, players can claim a free Buckingham SuperVolito Carbon helicopter from Elitás Travel, now compatible with a Missile Lock-On Jammer.

Discounts are also live across Los Santos:

  • 40% off Weed Farm businesses and upgrades

  • 30% off a wide range of vehicles, including the Pegassi Reaper, Karin S95, Enus Deity, Progen Itali GTB, HVY Insurgent, and more

Salvage Yard owners can complete The Gangbanger Robbery to earn the Vapid Clique, featuring a limited-time Merry Cliquemas livery and Liberty City plate.

Gun Van Deals

The Gun Van is offering the Service Carbine at 40% off, with GTA+ members also getting the Stun Gun at the same discount. Its rotating stock includes heavy hitters like the Railgun, Combat Shotgun, and Up-N-Atomizer, along with explosives and special weapons for Enhanced Edition players.
