Balrampur district was abuzz with nationalistic fervor on Tuesday as grand Tiranga Yatras were organized in the Sadar and Utraula assembly constituencies, under the nationwide 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign. These processions aimed to pay homage to the sacrifices of the nation's brave martyrs and to instill a sense of national pride among citizens.
The campaign, initiated by the Prime Minister, has injected a new wave of patriotism across the country. Sadar MLA Paltu Ram led Tiranga Yatras in various mandals of the Sadar assembly constituency, including Gumri, Shridattganj, and Gaura. He, along with workers and local residents, paid tribute to the nation's martyrs.
The waving Tricolour, as speakers highlighted, is a testament to the sacrifice, perseverance, and martyrdom of those valiant souls who gave their all to realize the dream of an independent India.
Nationwide Impact of 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Campaign
Under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, citizens nationwide are urged to hoist the Tricolour at their homes and share photos with it from August 9 to August 17. The campaign seeks to strengthen the spirit of national pride by involving citizens in this nationwide endeavor.
Tiranga Yatra in Utraula with Massive Public Participation
In the Utraula assembly constituency, the Utraula mandal organized a massive Tiranga Yatra led by Utraula MLA Ram Pratap Verma. The event saw enthusiastic participation from a large number of BJP workers, youth, women (Matri Shakti), and residents of the area.
The atmosphere was filled with patriotism, with participants proudly waving the Tricolour and chanting slogans like 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' and 'Vande Mataram'. Speakers emphasized that the Tricolour symbolizes the nation's pride, valor, sacrifice, and martyrdom, representing the countless heroes who laid down their lives for India's freedom and honor.
The enthusiasm and participation of the residents in the Yatra further strengthened the resolve of 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat' (One India, Great India). The Sadar assembly constituency Yatras were attended by Block Pramukh Shridattganj Hemant Jaiswal, all mandal presidents, former mandal presidents, Gram Pradhans, mandal convenors, and mandal in-charges, along with numerous party workers and local residents.
The Utraula Yatra saw the presence of District General Secretary Mahendra Pandey, District Vice President Vandana Paswan, Mandal President Melaram Verma, Assembly Convenor Sudhir Srivastava, Block Pramukh Mahipal Chaudhary, Pradhan Amarnath Verma, Principal Dr. Pawan Nanda, Former President Ram Sanjeevan Tiwari, Mandal President Brahmandand Maurya, BJP leaders Ram Ashish Verma, Vikas Gupta, Krishna Kumar, Pradhan Amit Mishra, Durga Verma, and Mansharam Yadav, along with a large contingent of local residents, BJP workers, and Matri Shakti. The organizers expressed their gratitude to all participants.
