Grand Hindi Week Celebrated in Bhind: Litterateur Dr. Bhadauria Honored
Bhind, September 19, 2026 - In a grand celebration of Hindi Week, the Indian Sahitya Sadan and Sangaman Sahitya Sabha jointly organized a special seminar and honor ceremony in Bhind city. The event, held at the Municipal Council auditorium, saw the participation of various litterateurs and poets, with Bhind MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah gracing the occasion as the chief guest.
During the ceremony, Bhind MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah conferred the 'Hindi Sevi Samman' (Hindi Service Award) upon Dr. Shivpratap Singh Bhadauria, the District Coordinator of the MP Jan Abhiyan Parishad. This prestigious award was presented to Dr. Bhadauria in recognition of his significant contributions to Hindi literature. The program was presided over by Dashrath Singh Kushwah, President of the Indian Sahitya Sadan, while poet Anjum Manohar, President of Sangaman Sahitya Sabha, expertly conducted the proceedings.
Municipal Council to Honor Litterateurs Annually
In his address, Chief Guest MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah highlighted the rich tradition and importance of the Hindi language. He made a significant announcement that the Municipal Council would henceforth honor one litterateur with the 'Hindi Sevi Samman' annually. This announcement is being viewed as a positive step for the literary community.
He also expressed confidence that Hindi Diwas would be celebrated with even greater grandeur in the future, fostering increased awareness about the language among the public. The MLA's commitment signifies a growing appreciation for Hindi literature within local governance.
Enthralling Poetry Recital Captivates Audience
The poetry session of the program featured captivating renditions by poets including Sabal Singh Narwariya, Sumer Singh Kushwah, Pradeep Vajpeyi, Dr. Shashibala Rajput, Radha Tomar, Priyanka Rajawat, Sushma Srivastava, Hasrat Hayat, Rain Ajnabi, Mukesh Sharma, Gajendra Singh Kushwah, Darshan Lal Gaur, and Ramavatar Singh Bhadauria. Their powerful and inspiring poems mesmerized the assembled audience, filling the atmosphere with literary energy.
At the conclusion of the event, convenor Ambrish Shukla presented pens and diaries to all participating poets, recognizing their valuable contributions.
