The mega job drive organized in Sarangpur, Madhya Pradesh, by the MP Employment Office in collaboration with Anudip Foundation opened new employment opportunities for the state’s youth. The job fair not only successfully provided job opportunities based on the candidates’ qualifications but also motivated them towards skill development and self-reliance.
More than 120 reputed companies participated in the mega job drive. Over 5,000 youth took part in the interview process. During the event, 567 candidates were selected on the spot, while 3,187 candidates were shortlisted for the next stage. This initiative clearly demonstrated that job fairs not only provide immediate employment but also prepare youth for sustainable career growth and long-term opportunities.
The program was inaugurated in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Skill Development Minister Mr. Gautam Tetwal and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Mr. Mohan Yadav. Both addressed the youth, emphasizing that employment is not just a means of livelihood but also an opportunity to become self-reliant and make optimal use of their skills. They encouraged the youth to continuously develop their skills and take full advantage of such opportunities.
The mega job drive was conducted under the leadership of Dr. Deepa Yadav, Cluster Manager of Anudip Foundation. Her team, Vikas Dubey, Chaitanya Sharma, Sachin Parmar, and Muskaan Vishwakarma, contributed significantly to the smooth and effective execution of the event. Their dedication and efficient management ensured that the program was successful and impactful.
