Gautam Adani and Son Jeet Pay Tribute to Late Singer Zubeen Garg in Guwahati

Leading industrialist Gautam Adani and his son Jeet Adani visited the residence of the late singer-composer Zubeen Garg in Guwahati, Assam, on Sunday to pay homage to the state’s cultural icon.

According to officials, the Adanis spent around half an hour at Garg’s home in the Kahilipara area and met his wife, Garima Saikia Garg. They offered floral tributes and expressed their grief over the singer’s untimely demise.

An official told PTI, “Gautam Adani and his son Jeet came to offer their condolences to the icon of Assam. They sat with Garima for some time and expressed their sorrow over the loss.”

Zubeen Garg passed away on September 19 in Singapore while swimming in the sea. The visit by the Adanis reflects the widespread mourning and respect for the celebrated singer across India.
