Free Health Camp Organized in Bhind

In Bhind, the Rajiv Gandhi Smriti Nyas organized a one-day free health check-up camp on the occasion of the 28th death anniversary of Shrimati Kailashi Devi. The camp, held at Niramay Nursing Home in Bhuta Kothi, saw a large turnout of local residents who availed themselves of free medical examinations and pathology tests.

The event commenced with the garlanding of Shrimati Kailashi Devi's portrait and the lighting of a lamp. Officials from the Rajiv Gandhi Smriti Nyas, senior doctors, and distinguished citizens paid tribute to her memory.

Expert Medical Consultations Provided

Renowned specialist doctors from the city offered their services at the camp. These included Dr. Radheshyam Sharma (MD), former CMHO Dr. Rakesh Sharma, Dr. R.K. Jain, Dr. Arvind Sharma, and Dr. Himanshi Rajawat. These physicians conducted comprehensive health assessments for patients and recommended necessary treatments and medications.

200 Patients Registered, Special Tests Conducted

A total of 200 patients were registered during the camp. In addition to blood pressure (BP) checks, several specialized tests were performed completely free of charge. These included:

  • Lipid Profile tests for 32 patients
  • Liver Function Tests (LFT) for 40 patients
  • HbA1c (Sugar) tests for 35 patients
  • Spirometer (lung function) tests for 50 patients
  • BMD (Bone Mineral Density) tests for 50 patients

Karan Hudwani, Dhruv Srivastava, Sanjiv Singh Rajawat, Amit, Amir Waris, Pradeep Baghel, Manish, Navin, and Avesh made significant contributions to the smooth conduct of the testing procedures.

Presence of Dignitaries

Numerous distinguished citizens and workers were present at this important health camp, including retired DFO Vishwanath Hotgi, former CMHO Dr. Vinod Saxena, Ramesh Babu Sharma, Nagar Congress President Santosh Tripathi, Sonu Jain, Harnarayan Sharma, Anand Shanti Swaroop Shakya, Satya Prakash Bhaure (Satte), and Sanjay Yadav, Pinku Rajawat.
