Former Minister Inspects New BJP Office in Bhind, Issues Directives

Inspection of Under-Construction BJP District Office

Umathankar Gupta, a former cabinet minister of Madhya Pradesh, conducted a detailed inspection of the under-construction new district office of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Bhind on September 7, 2026. He paid special attention to the progress and quality of the construction work.

This inspection is considered highly significant in the context of the BJP's expansion and future plans, as the new district office will serve as the central hub for the party's activities. Gupta was accompanied by Bhind MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah and District President Devendra Singh Narwariya.

They meticulously examined the premises of the under-construction building and reviewed the progress of ongoing works. During the visit, they highlighted the limitations of the current district office and the need for new facilities that will accommodate the party's growing public support and number of workers in the future. The quality of work and adherence to the construction plan and timeline were reviewed.

During the inspection, former minister Gupta engaged in extensive discussions with present office bearers and engineers involved in the construction regarding the quality of work, allocation of rooms, capacity of the assembly hall, and essential facilities such as parking. He provided significant directives on all these aspects to ensure the new office becomes an effective center for party workers.

He particularly stressed the importance of ensuring ample space for future party programs and meetings, along with convenient access and adequate parking arrangements for the workers. Gupta stated that this new office will prove to be an energy hub for the workers, from where party activities and public service initiatives can be smoothly conducted and managed.

He also emphasized the need to complete the construction work with quality and within the stipulated timeframe. He believes that an organized and modern office will further enhance the party's working style and strengthen its image among the public. Considering the current political landscape, he underscored the necessity of such an office that aids in the party's expansion and organizational strengthening.

MLA Provides Update on Progress

On this occasion, Bhind MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah provided an update on the progress of the new office building. He elaborated on the various stages of construction and upcoming plans. He also discussed future arrangements and aspects post-completion of the construction work, including the outline for the office inauguration and its operationalization.

He assured that the construction work is progressing rapidly according to the set standards and the newly constructed office will soon be dedicated to the party. A large number of senior party office bearers, public representatives, and workers were present during the inspection, reflecting the party's enthusiasm for this important project.
