A serious dispute has arisen concerning an online delivery service in the Fatehpur district of Uttar Pradesh during the sacred occasion of Navratri. Tensions flared in Patel Nagar, under the Sadar Kotwali police station, when a customer ordered puja materials through Blinkit. The customer alleges that the packet received, marked 'Happy Navratri', purportedly contained meat inside.

This incident, occurring during the auspicious festival of Navratri, has deeply offended the religious sentiments of the public. Upon the news spreading, members of local Hindu organizations rapidly gathered at the scene. The incensed protesters chanted slogans against the online delivery service provider, Blinkit, and demanded the immediate suspension of its services.

The protesters also questioned the conduct of the officials from the Food Safety Department, demanding accountability and strict action in this matter. They stated that such negligence is unacceptable and urged for stringent measures to prevent recurrence of such incidents in the future.

Claim of Meat Found in Puja Material Packet

The incident began when a resident of Patel Nagar in Fatehpur ordered necessary items for puja from the online delivery platform Blinkit. The customer claims that upon delivery and opening the packet, he found a piece of meat inside a packet labeled 'Happy Navratri'. This shocking claim, surfacing during the holy days of Navratri, immediately became a subject of public discussion.

The incident caused distress within the community, prompting a swift reaction. As the news spread, members of various Hindu organizations converged in Patel Nagar. They staged a protest against the incident and raised slogans against Blinkit.

The protesters demanded that Blinkit cease its operations immediately and be held responsible for such gross negligence.
