BJP Gears Up for 2027 Elections in Farrukhabad

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized an important organizational meeting in Farrukhabad to prepare for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Senior party leaders instructed workers to strengthen the organization at the booth level and enhance public outreach.

Booth Management and Public Outreach Take Center Stage

State General Secretary and Regional In-charge Shankar Lal Lodhi, along with newly appointed District Organization In-charge Narendra Singh Rajput, participated in the meeting held at the district headquarters. The meeting, chaired by District President Fatehchand Verma, extensively deliberated on the organization's upcoming action plans.

Addressing the gathering, State General Secretary Shankar Lal Lodhi described the BJP as an ideology-based organization. He recalled the contributions of leaders like Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Lodhi urged newly appointed office-bearers to work responsibly and emphasized the successful execution of programs from booth to assembly level under the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan', running from September 17 to October 17, coinciding with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.

District Organization In-charge Narendra Singh Rajput highlighted the work done by the central and state governments in preserving cultural and religious heritage. He stressed the necessity of conveying these achievements to the general public through booth-level workers.

Organizational Strength and Electoral Preparedness

District President Fatehchand Verma announced that the verification of 1,612 booths and 257 Shakti Kendras (power centers) within the district has been successfully completed. This is considered a significant step towards strengthening booth management.

During the meeting, the organization also announced the appointment of 'Prvasi' (observers/in-charges) for the upcoming assembly elections. Pramod Agrahari has been appointed as Prvasi for the Amritpur and Kayamganj assembly constituencies, while Prashant Rai Chaubey will serve as Prvasi for the Sadar and Bhojpur assembly constituencies.

District General Secretary Gopal Rathore conducted the proceedings of the meeting. Former MLAs Amar Singh Khatik and Kuldeep Gangwar, along with other party officials and Morcha presidents, were also present.

The primary conclusion of the meeting was that the organization's foremost and overarching goal is to further consolidate booth management, ensuring the party is fully prepared for the 2027 Assembly elections.
