Dr. Krishnagopal Mishra Honored with 'Sahitya Gaurav Samman'

Narmadapuram Honors Eminent Litterateur Dr. Krishnagopal Mishra

Dr. Krishnagopal Mishra, Head of the Hindi Department at Narmada College and a distinguished man of letters, has been bestowed with the esteemed 'Dr. R.P. Seetha Smriti Sahitya Gaurav Samman' by the Shiv Sankalp Sahitya Parishad, located in Narmadapuram. This award recognizes his significant contributions to the field of literature.

The award ceremony was graced by Chief Guest, Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Maya Narolia, who felicitated Dr. Mishra with a shawl, coconut, a citation, and a memento. Pandit Ajay Dubey attended the event as a distinguished guest.

Literary Prowess and Expertise

Dr. Krishnagopal Mishra is widely acknowledged as an expert in Indian poetics. He has also been awarded a D.Litt. for his comparative research on the Rasa theory. His scholarly and literary articles, numbering over two hundred, have been published in prestigious national journals and periodicals.

Through his distinctive oratory style and profound presentation of subjects, he has carved a unique niche for himself as an impactful speaker. Dr. Mishra has presided over and participated in various literary seminars and events held both nationally and internationally.

Given his continuous contribution to the literary world, this honor is seen as an appreciation of his multifaceted works. The program was compered by the organization's coordinator, Pandit Girimohan Guru 'Nagarsri'.

Senior journalist Balram Sharma, along with Babulal Kadam, Subhash Yadav, Akhilesh Guru, and several other dignitaries from the literary and journalistic fraternity, were present on this occasion.
