Farrukhabad, August 17, 2026 - At the Tehsil Samadhan Diwas held at Sadar Tehsil in Farrukhabad, District Magistrate Dr. Ankur Lathar listened with utmost seriousness to the problems of the general public. He instructed the concerned officials for the swift and quality resolution of complaints.
He stated that Tehsil Samadhan Diwas is an important initiative by the government, with the primary objective of saving citizens from frequenting government offices by providing immediate solutions to their problems. The District Magistrate directed officials to ensure that the resolution of received complaints is not limited to paperwork, but that actual solutions are confirmed by visiting the sites.
Dr. Lathar reviewed detailed information on complaints related to various departments such as Revenue, Police, Development, Electricity, and Urban Local Bodies, and issued necessary directives. He emphasized that any negligence or unnecessary delay in resolving complaints would not be tolerated.
Emphasis on Swift and Effective Problem Resolution
District Magistrate Dr. Ankur Lathar urged officials to be sensitive to the complaints of the general public and to take effective action in accordance with the rules for each case. He also reviewed the progress of previously received complaint resolutions and instructed for the speedy settlement of pending cases.
Efforts are being made to ensure that the benefits of government schemes and services reach the public directly and that no one has to wander for their problems. The objective is to facilitate direct access to government schemes and services for the populace, preventing undue hardship.
Complaints Received and Resolutions at Samadhan Diwas
A total of 102 complaints were received during the Tehsil Diwas held at Sadar Tehsil today. Of these, 54 complaints were related to the Revenue department, while 25 were from the Police department, 04 from the Development department, 05 from the Electricity department, and 02 from the Municipal Council. Additionally, 12 complaints related to other departments were registered.
Out of the 102 complaints received, 04 complaints were resolved on the spot, which is a significant step towards the prompt disposal of grievances. Present on this occasion were Superintendent of Police Smt. Aarti Singh, Chief Development Officer Vinod Kumar Gaud, Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) Dinesh Kumar, Divisional Director of Social Forestry Rajiv Kumar, District Development Officer Shyam Kumar Tiwari, and district and tehsil level officials and employees from various concerned departments.
