In the Padhana police station area of Khandwa district, Dial-112 personnel showcased their sensitivity and alertness by successfully reuniting two young children, aged eight and six, who had lost their way home in the night, with their anxious families. Their timely intervention ensured the safe return of the children, bringing immense relief to their parents.

The incident occurred on the midnight of August 19th, when the state-level police control room Dial-112 Bhopal received an alert from the village of Khirala. The report indicated that two children had been found wandering, lost from their home, and urgently required police assistance.

Swift Response and Safe Return

Upon receiving the information, the Dial-112 vehicle deployed in the Padhana police station area was immediately dispatched to the location. The Dial-112 team, comprising Constable Shri Dharmendra and Pilot Shri बबलू, promptly reached the scene and took the children under their safe protection. Through gentle interaction, the children revealed that they were residents of Lingi Fata village and had strayed far from home while playing, leading them to get lost.

The Dial-112 officers then transported the two children to Lingi Fata village and began searching for their families in the surrounding areas. After inquiries and a thorough search, the children's relatives were located. Following the necessary identification and verification procedures, both children were safely handed over to their worried families.
