Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh catch NBA game at Madison Square Garden during New York vacation

Actor couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spotted enjoying an NBA game at Madison Square Garden in New York on Friday, according to a selfie shared by a fan on social media.

Digital creator Sumona Seth posted the picture on Instagram on Saturday, expressing her excitement at meeting the Bollywood stars. “If you know me, you know I’ve been obsessed with two Bollywood actresses all my life — Aishwarya Rai and Deepika Padukone. I’m definitely the type to be star-struck; my heart stopped for a few seconds when I saw @deepikapadukone and @ranveersingh,” she wrote.

In the photo, Deepika is seen wearing a black leather jacket, paired with smokey eye makeup and soft, wavy tresses, while Ranveer opted for a black coat and beanie, completing his look with quirky sunglasses.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2018, welcomed their first child, daughter Dua, on September 8 last year.

Work front

Ranveer Singh is currently basking in the success of Aditya Dhar’s action drama Dhurandhar, which has reportedly earned over ₹750 crore nett in India since its release on December 5, making it the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.

Deepika Padukone, meanwhile, is working on Shah Rukh Khan-starrer King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The highly anticipated action film is slated for a 2026 theatrical release and also stars Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Jaideep Ahlawat.
