The state-level Police Control Room Dial 112 in Bhopal received information that a young woman had reached the Sind River in the Goraghat police station area in a distressed state and was attempting to jump into the river. Given the sensitivity of the information, the Dial 112 First Response Vehicle (FRV) team stationed in the Goraghat police station area was immediately dispatched.

Constable Raghavendra Sharma and pilot Girraj Sharma, part of the Dial 112 team, set off for the location without losing a moment. Displaying their presence of mind and alacrity, they reached the scene and managed the situation within just five minutes. Upon arrival, they observed the woman attempting to jump into the Sind River.
