As the Datia assembly seat by-election approaches, the Congress party has intensified its election campaign. In this regard, Leader of Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Shri Umang Singhhar, engaged in public outreach among Datia residents in support of Congress candidate Shri Ghanshyam Singh.
He had a cordial meeting with the people of Datia, receiving their affection, trust, and immense public support. During his campaign, Shri Singhhar stated that the people of Datia are extremely displeased with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government on several significant issues.
Public Discontent Over Key Issues
He specifically mentioned issues such as crop damage, scarcity of fertilizers, and the 27% OBC reservation, which are affecting the state's farmers and backward classes. According to Shri Singhhar, the public's anger is clearly evident and could pose a major challenge for the BJP in the upcoming by-election.
