Damoh Public Grievance Redressal: Collector Hears 224 Citizen Issues, Health Check-ups Also Conducted

District Grievance Redressal Session Held
A public grievance redressal session was organized at the Collectorate's Room No. 10 in Damoh district headquarters. Citizens from remote areas of the district attended to resolve their various issues.
Collector Pratapnarayan Yadav personally met with applicants, listened attentively to their complaints, and issued instructions to the concerned department officials for prompt resolution. A total of 224 applications were heard during this session.
Collector Yadav directed officials to ensure the resolution of the problems received within the stipulated deadlines. The administration's initiative aims to provide relief to the rural and urban residents of the district, saving them from making repeated trips to offices.
Health Check-ups and Aadhaar Updates Provided
This special public grievance redressal event not only focused on resolving complaints but also expanded the reach of public welfare facilities. During the program, Aadhaar updates were completed for 20 citizens, facilitating their access to essential government services.
Additionally, a health department team conducted health check-ups for 176 individuals, offering necessary consultations and health-related information and advice.
Action Assured on Collective Applications
Several collective applications, affecting more than one citizen, were also submitted to the administrative officials during the grievance redressal. Assurance was given for appropriate action on these applications as well.
The officials present assured the applicants that their issues would be resolved on a priority basis. Present at this important session were Chief Executive Officer of Zila Panchayat Praveen Phulpagare, Additional Collector Rakesh Mohan Tripathi, Deputy Collector Brajesh Singh, and Deputy Collector Sanjay Dubey, along with other departmental officials including Public Service Manager Chakresh Patel.
All concerned departments have been instructed to continuously monitor pending cases and treat all applicants with empathy.
