Patriotic Spirit Ablaze in Damoh: Police Lead Grand Tricolour Motorcycle Rally

To propagate the spirit of patriotism, national unity, and national pride among the masses on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, the Damoh Police organized a grand Tricolour Motorcycle Rally. This significant effort aimed to ignite a nationwide sentiment within the public.

The rally, held on August 10, 2026, under the able leadership of Superintendent of Police, Damoh, Mr. Anand Kaladgi (IPS), sent a new wave of patriotism through the hearts of the city's residents. Over 150 motorcycles from the Damoh Police participated, presenting a powerful spectacle.

Police officers and personnel enthusiastically, energetically, and with discipline, held the national flag, the Tiranga, in their hands as they joined the procession. The route traversed the city's main thoroughfares, echoing with patriotic slogans and the national anthem.

During the event, a strong message of patriotism and national unity was disseminated throughout the city, immersing the atmosphere in the colours of national love. From children to the elderly, everyone welcomed the rally and expressed their emotions.

The Tricolour: Symbol of Pride, Honour, and Glory

Following the rally, Superintendent of Police, Mr. Anand Kaladgi, highlighted the event's significance, stating that the Tricolour is not just a flag but a symbol of India's pride, honour, and glory. He emphasized that the rally's primary objective was to further strengthen the spirit of national love and unity not only within the police force but also in the hearts of ordinary citizens.

Mr. Kaladgi called upon all citizens to celebrate Independence Day with full enthusiasm, dignity, and immense national love. He specifically underlined the importance of respecting the national flag, stating that it is every citizen's duty to always honour the national flag. This is not just a duty but also a testament to our deep affection for the country.

The contribution of several senior police officers was commendable in the success of this important event. Present on the occasion were Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Sujit Singh Bhadauria, CSP Mr. H.R. Pandey, Trainee Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Shivprasad Kangali, Inspector Mr. Dalbir Singh Marko, Inspector Mr. Manish Kumar, and a large number of police officers and personnel.

Together, they not only made the rally a successful event but also broadcast a very strong and inspiring message of national unity and patriotism throughout the region.
