Damoh: Collector Tightens Grip on Paperless Inspection Reports and Cattle Management

Paperless Inspection System Launched

Damoh district will now provide access to inspection report information with a single click. Collector Pratapnarayan Yadav emphasized the state's first paperless inspection report system during a timeline meeting, instructing relevant officials to diligently fulfill their responsibilities.

He clarified that any negligence found at any level will lead to action against the responsible parties as per rules. Collector Yadav stated that this paperless system, launched under the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, will ensure immediate information transmission from the district to the state level, increasing transparency in the operational process.

Preparations Underway for Chief Minister's Camp

Shri Yadav directed officials to complete necessary preparations within the stipulated timeframe for the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Camp scheduled for September 3rd at the Janpad Office Patera complex. He urged officials to be present on time at the camp venue and ensure their assigned duties are carried out.

This initiative is being introduced for the first time in the state, offering citizens an opportunity to resolve issues related to various government services and welfare schemes. The camp aims to address citizen grievances and streamline service delivery.

Directive Issued to Relocate Cattle from Roads to Shelters

During the meeting, the Collector instructed officials of urban and rural bodies to take effective measures to prevent stray cattle from roaming on roads. He stressed the need for daily monitoring of cattle presence on roads and their immediate relocation to cow shelters if found.

The responsibility for regular monitoring of this task has been assigned to the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat. The objective of this initiative is to reduce traffic disruption caused by cattle and ensure their safety. The meeting was attended by Divisional Forest Officer Ishwar Jarande, Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Praveen Phulpagare, and other relevant officials.
