Surprise Inspection at Chief Minister Cow Shelter
In the Nohata region of Damoh district, Collector Sri Yadav conducted a surprise inspection at the Chief Minister Cow Shelter. He meticulously reviewed the arrangements made for the cattle and personally fed them bananas and other feed to assess the facilities.
The Collector also gathered detailed information regarding the cow shelter's operations and available resources. Following the inspection, he issued stern instructions to the concerned officials to ensure the availability of green fodder, clean drinking water, and other essential facilities for the cattle under all circumstances.
Urgent Actions Mandated for Cattle Welfare
He made it clear that any negligence in the care of the animals will not be tolerated. The management was directed to take swift steps to further strengthen the existing arrangements. The Collector emphasized the need for prompt action to bolster the overall infrastructure and services for the well-being of the livestock.
Orders Issued for Pending Pasture Land Case
During the inspection, the cow shelter's operator presented a request to the Collector for adequate pasture land for the cattle. The operator highlighted that the case related to land allocation is currently pending. Collector Sri Yadav showed seriousness and summoned the relevant officials.
He instructed them to review the pending case concerning pasture land and complete prompt action as per regulations. The aim is to expedite the process and ensure that the cattle have access to sufficient grazing areas.
Objective: Enhancing Facilities at Government Institutions
Clarifying the objectives of his inspection, the Collector stated that the primary goal of surprise inspections at government institutions is to understand the ground reality. The aim is to address existing shortcomings in the arrangements and provide better facilities to citizens as well as livestock.
He added that the administration's effort is to improve the quality of operations in all government institutions within the district and to ensure full compliance with prescribed standards. This initiative seeks to elevate the performance of public services.
