Cyclone Ditwah, brewing over the Bay of Bengal, brought moderate rainfall across the Puducherry region on Saturday night (Nov 29, 2025), continuing into Sunday morning.

  • The Union Territory recorded 7.53 cm of rain in 24 hours ending 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

  • Intermittent rain began Saturday afternoon and strengthened overnight.
