He emphasized that if a transfer order is issued by the government for any officer or employee, it is the duty of the concerned departmental officers to implement it immediately. In such a situation, excessive delay in the implementation of the order indicates a serious lapse in the administrative system. This order mandated his transfer from Neemuch district to Satna district. Despite this, the administration has been called upon to clarify its position regarding his delayed relief.

The Congress leader also questioned the level and authority responsible for monitoring the concerned patwari's posting and work during the period the transfer order remained pending. He stated that a systematic review of the significant revenue works undertaken by Patwari Prakash Chandra Shukla in Neemuch district, the cases he handled, and the administrative responsibilities he discharged should be conducted.

Ranka clarified that the purpose of this review is not to target any individual but to ensure administrative transparency and accountability. In this context, Ranka has requested detailed information, including the patwari's total tenure in Neemuch district, his service periods at various locations, and a comprehensive account of the major revenue duties he performed. Furthermore, he advocated for a departmental inquiry into the delay in relieving him after the transfer order was issued.

He stated that if the inquiry reveals negligence by any officer or deliberate withholding of the order, strict action should be taken against the responsible officer according to rules.
