Congress Protests Rahul Gandhi's Detention in Aaron

Congress workers in Aaron, Madhya Pradesh, held demonstrations on Tuesday night and Wednesday protesting the detention of senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi by Delhi Police. The agitated workers gathered locally, condemning the actions of the central government and Delhi Police as anti-democratic and raising slogans against them.

During the protest on Tuesday night, Congress workers alleged that Rahul Gandhi was detained despite protesting peacefully. They strongly condemned the incident, labelling it as an act of political vendetta. The protesting Congress leaders and workers demanded respect for democratic rights and an end to any repressive actions against those demonstrating peacefully.

Protest in Support of Students

On Wednesday, the Aaron Congress Committee staged a sit-in protest at the Dash Hanuman Temple, opposing the police removal of Rahul Gandhi during a demonstration in solidarity with students over the Parliament paper leak issue. The Congress workers raised slogans against the central government, calling it a violation of democratic rights.

Addressing the protestors, Congress leaders stated that Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, who was raising the voice of students, was forcibly removed using police force. They assured that the Congress would continue its struggle to protect the interests of students and democracy. A large number of Congress office bearers and workers were present, including former Congress Committee President Arvind Srivastava, former Block President Gopal Soni, current Block President Parvati Ahirwar, City Congress President Shakti Sharma, Sarpanch Yuvraj Sharma, Mandal President Jeetu Sharma, Aaron Mandal President Pawan Srivastava, MLA representative Kamal Prajapati, Mukesh Sharma (Sevadal), Udaybhan Singh Gaur Bunty Rajput, Raja Mughal Ji, Rakesh Jain, Kamal Gwal, Sachin Jain, Lokendra Raghuwanshi, Manish Jain, Pinku Solanki, Babloo Maharaj, Satyam Tyagi, Bhola Raghuwanshi, Sanjeev Dhakad, Nilesh Govindpur, Pawan Sharma, Rambabu Yadav, and Alli Maharaj.
