Congress Leader's Father Passes Away; Bhagwati Prasad Chaudhary Expresses Condolences

Condolences Offered for Passing of Congress Leader's Father

Bhagwati Prasad Chaudhary, National Coordinator of the Scheduled Caste (SC) Department of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) and former MLA, has expressed his deep sorrow over the death of the father of Jaunpur Congress leader Pankaj Sonkar.

Mr. Chaudhary visited Sonkar's residence to pray for the peace of the departed soul and offered his condolences to the family. Several other senior Congress leaders were present with Bhagwati Prasad Chaudhary on this occasion.

Among those present were Shiv Shankar Chaubey, Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee member and Mirzapur Zila Panchayat member, along with Chhote Khan and Ishtiaq Ansari. This delegation of leaders paid their tribute to the late Mr. Sonkar.

Remembering the Deceased's Contributions

During the visit, former MLA Bhagwati Prasad Chaudhary recalled the life and work of the late Mr. Sonkar, describing him as a person steadfast in his old ideology. He made significant contributions to local social service throughout his life with his hard work and dedication.

His actions left a positive impact on society. Shiv Shankar Chaubey, a member of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee, also praised the deceased Mr. Sonkar's regional contributions. He stated that the appreciation for his work among the people in the Jaunpur region testified to his character.

Mr. Chaubey added that Mr. Sonkar's dedication to public service was exemplary.
