Public Grievance Redressal Session

Narmadapuram: Chief Municipal Officer (CMO) Vaibhav Deshmukh held a public grievance redressal session on Tuesday, listening to various citizen concerns and directing swift resolutions. Citizens expressed gratitude towards Nagar Palika President Neetu Mahendra Yadav and CMO Deshmukh following the satisfactory resolution of a complaint from the previous Thursday's session.

Office Superintendent Yogesh Soni stated that public grievance sessions are regularly organized under the guidance of the Nagar Palika President and CMO. The aim is to assist citizens with issues pertaining to local governance bodies.

Action on Waterlogging and Encroachment

During Thursday's grievance session, residents of Ward No. 21 informed the CMO about severe waterlogging caused by a damaged drain. Taking cognizance of this complaint, Mr. Deshmukh immediately instructed the Sub-Engineer to visit the area and resolve the issue, providing relief to residents from water accumulation.

In a related action, a complaint regarding encroachment in Ward No. 30 was also addressed. A dung heap on public land will be cleared and the area will be beautified with paintings. Benches will also be installed for seating, making the space clean and functional.
