Nothing’s soon-to-be-independent sub-brand, CMF, on Monday (September 29, 2025) launched its first overhead headphones, the CMF Headphone Pro.
The CMF Headphone Pro comes with intuitive tactile controls. The Energy Slider lets users adjust bass and treble, while the Roller controls volume and can play or pause music. A longer press on the Roller activates Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Additionally, the headphone’s buttons can be programmed via the CMF app for personalized control.
The Headphone Pro supports LDAC and Hi-Res audio, featuring a 40mm custom dynamic driver for high-quality sound. It claims up to 40dB adaptive ANC, along with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) and a Transparency Mode for flexible listening.
In terms of battery, the CMF Headphone Pro offers up to 100 hours of playback without ANC and 50 hours with ANC on. A 5-minute charge provides up to 5 hours of playtime.
Connectivity includes Bluetooth 5.4, and the headphones are compatible with Android (Google Fast Pair), iOS, and Windows (Microsoft Swift Pair). Users can further customize settings through the Nothing X app.
The Headphone Pro also comes with IPX2 water resistance, making it suitable for daily use. It will be available in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Light Green. While pricing and availability in India have not yet been disclosed, the headphones are selling in the UK for £79.
