Chief Administrator and District Magistrate Hear Public Grievances, Issue Directives During Sampurna Samadhan Diwas
Divisional Commissioner and District Magistrate listened to public issues across Mirzapur on Saturday, directing timely and transparent resolution of complaints.

Public Grievances Addressed Across Mirzapur Tehsils
In line with government directives, Sampurna Samadhan Diwas (Complete Resolution Day) was organized in all tehsils of the district on Saturday. Senior officials present at the tehsil level listened attentively to the problems of the complainants and instructed the concerned officers to ensure timely, transparent, and quality disposal of grievances.
Chunar Tehsil Sees Commissioner and DIG Address Public Issues
At Tehsil Chunara, Divisional Commissioner Rajesh Prakash and Deputy Inspector General of Police Poonam heard public grievances. A total of 107 applications were received, of which 5 were resolved on the spot. The Divisional Commissioner emphasized the importance of site verification and resolution according to rules for the remaining cases, stating that any negligence in addressing complaints would not be tolerated.
District Magistrate Leads Grievance Redressal at Lalganj Tehsil
Similarly, at Tehsil Lalganj, District Magistrate Pawan Kumar Gangwar, Superintendent of Police Aparna Rajat Kaushik, and Chief Development Officer Vishal Kumar heard the problems of the present complainants. 68 applications were received by the District Magistrate, with 6 resolved on the spot. The District Magistrate directed that each case be resolved impartially, transparently, and with quality, and that reports be submitted on time.
District Magistrate Emphasizes High Priority for Tehsil Diwas
The District Magistrate highlighted Tehsil Diwas as a top priority for the government, with the Chief Minister personally reviewing its progress. He instructed all Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Tehsildars, Block Development Officers, and district-level officers to visit the sites, meet the complainants, and resolve their issues. Clear and satisfactory responses are to be documented in the resolution reports.
Focus on Sensitive Resolution and Feedback
Furthermore, the District Magistrate mandated that after resolution, officers should personally call the complainant to gather feedback on their satisfaction. Special attention is to be given to complaints related to land disputes, ration, pensions, land consolidation, and electricity. All officers are urged to handle complaints with sensitivity, ensuring that eligible individuals receive the benefits of government schemes and facilities without hindrance.
Resolution Day Activities in Other Tehsils
Sampurna Samadhan Diwas events were also held in other tehsils of the district. At Tehsil Marihan, Additional District Magistrate (Land Revenue) Devendra Pratap Singh received 70 applications, resolving five on the spot. In Tehsil Sadar, Additional District Magistrate Namami Gange Vijeta addressed 113 applications, resolving seven immediately. The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kirti Kumar Mishra, and other relevant officials were also present at Tehsil Lalganj.
