In accordance with the directives of the Uttar Pradesh government, Sampurna Samadhan Diwas was organized on Saturday at the Charkhari Tehsil premises in Mahoba district. The Commissioner of Chitrakootdham Mandal and the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Chitrakootdham Range jointly attended this important public hearing program, listening to the various problems of the citizens.
Officials Hear Citizen Concerns
A large number of complainants from distant areas arrived at the camp, held at the tehsil level, seeking solutions to their grievances. The Commissioner and DIG instructed district-level officials from various departments to ensure fair, quality, and timely resolution of all received complaints.
Emphasis on Ground Inspection and Accountability
They specifically emphasized that a physical inspection of each case is mandatory and that effective solutions should be provided to the complainants only after completing the investigation process as per rules. They clarified that there would be no compromise on the quality of resolution at any level and that accountability would be fixed for delaying officials.
Special Focus on Police Complaints
Both senior officials showed special sensitivity towards complaints related to the police department. Police officers were directed to be more aware and sensitive to the problems of the general public. They were told that prompt and rule-based resolution of public complaints should be the highest priority for the police.
Monitoring Progress of Grievance Redressal
Administrative officials also clarified that the progress of resolving complaints received during the public hearing would be monitored at a high level to ensure that aggrieved citizens receive justice. This initiative aims to bring about swift resolution of pending issues.
Applications Submitted and Timelines Set
During Sampurna Samadhan Diwas, a large number of applications related to revenue, electricity, water supply, and various public welfare schemes were submitted to the officials. Officials from the concerned departments registered the complaints and set a definite timeline for their resolution. The officials assured that all cases would be resolved with complete transparency in line with the government's intent.

Local residents expressed hope for the swift resolution of their pending problems due to the active involvement of the officials. The administration will now regularly review these complaints to ensure that appropriate action is being taken in all cases.
