The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) successfully organized booth president conferences across all four assembly constituencies of Balrampur district – Tulsipur, Gaisari, Utraula, and Balrampur – on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. These crucial meetings aimed to further fortify the organization at the booth level and ensure the effective delivery of welfare schemes from the central and state governments to the last citizen.
Senior party leaders urged the booth presidents to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly – in body, mind, and spirit – to achieving these objectives. Prominent party leaders attended and addressed the workers at the conferences held in each assembly constituency. In the Tulsipur assembly constituency, Legislative Council Member Pawan Singh Chauhan was the chief guest. Meanwhile, former District President (Gonda) Surya Narayan Tiwari and incumbent MLA Shailesh Singh Shailu addressed the gathering in Gaisari.
In Utraula, Chandrabhan Singh 'Sanchit', regional MLA Rampratap Verma, and president's representative Anup Chand Gupta addressed the assembled crowd. The conference in the Balrampur assembly constituency was graced by Virendra Pratap Singh, State President of the Cooperative Bank Association.

The booth president conference for the Tulsipur assembly constituency was held at Shri Krishna Gaushala Sahiyapur. Pawan Singh Chauhan, Legislative Council Member and Chairman of SR Group Lucknow, the chief guest, provided highly inspiring guidance to the booth presidents regarding the importance of their work areas and effective operational methodologies.
In his welcome address, MLA Tulsipur Kailash Nath Shukla underlined the significance of booth presidents and booth committees from the perspective of elections and party organization. He placed special emphasis on activity at the booth level for the party's electoral preparedness and organizational strengthening.
A large number of party office bearers, Mandal presidents, Shakti Kendra coordinators, and thousands of booth presidents were present at these conferences.
