Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A government school principal in Nazirabad has been booked for alleged sexual harassment after a woman teacher accused him of repeatedly making inappropriate advances and intimidating her when she protested. Teacher Alleges Months of Misconduct
According to police officials, the complainant — a 32-year-old teacher posted at the same school — submitted a written statement accusing principal R.K. Shukla of behaving indecently toward her since April 1.
She alleged that the principal used every opportunity to harass her and would trouble or threaten her whenever she resisted his actions. The continuous misconduct, she stated, caused her significant mental stress.
A preliminary inquiry by the women’s police station corroborated enough details to file a case under relevant sections of the law, officials said.
