Health Checkup Camp Held Under 'Seva Setu Campaign' in Bairagarh

A special health checkup camp was organized at the Fire Station in Bairagarh, Bhopal, as part of the 'Seva Setu Campaign' by Municipal Corporation Bhopal's Zone Number One. Local residents showed great enthusiasm to receive healthcare services and information about government schemes during this major campaign held on Sunday.

Extensive Health Screenings and Information Dissemination

A total of 270 citizens underwent health examinations, while over 500 people registered for the event. A dedicated team of two doctors and four auxiliary staff provided their services. The doctors conducted general health assessments on the spot and offered necessary medical consultations.

  • Free distribution of ORS, multivitamins, and iron tablets, along with various creams, was made to patients to address their health needs.
  • The initiative aimed to provide primary healthcare services to residents close to their homes.

'Seva Setu Campaign': Healthcare Coupled with Government Scheme Awareness

The health checkups were integrated with the broader objectives of the 'Seva Setu Campaign'. Various departments of the Municipal Corporation set up stalls within the camp premises. These stalls provided detailed information to the general public about departmental schemes and public welfare facilities.

This consolidated approach allowed citizens to benefit from health screenings and connect with other crucial Municipal Corporation services at a single location.

Representatives and Officials Oversee the Initiative

During the program, Additional Commissioner Anju Arun Kumar and Additional Commissioner Abhishek Singh of the Municipal Corporation, along with Zonal Officer Neeraj Kumar Namdev, closely inspected the camp's arrangements. Ward Number Four Councillor and MIC Member Rajesh Hingorani, along with other local public representatives, were also present.

The public representatives engaged in direct dialogue with citizens at the camp venue and gathered their feedback on the services being provided. Through the 'Seva Setu Campaign', the Municipal Corporation has made an effective effort to bring healthcare services and government facilities closer to citizens at the local level.
