Bhind to Hold Daily 8 PM Review of CM Helpline Complaints

CM Helpline Complaint Review and Public Welfare Initiatives

In Bhind, to accelerate the implementation of public welfare schemes and administrative tasks, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the District Panchayat, Veer Singh Chauhan, has issued several significant directives. Emphasis has been placed on the swift resolution of CM Helpline complaints, with a new policy mandating a physical review meeting every evening at 8 PM. Attendance of concerned L-1 officers will be compulsory at this meeting.

During a time-bound meeting chaired by CEO Chauhan, a detailed review of pending cases across various departments was conducted. He instructed the prompt resolution of pending complaints from the July and August grading periods. The review also covered CM Helpline complaints from the Ater region and applications under the Public Service Guarantee Act as part of the Jan Vishwas Abhiyan.

Furthermore, instructions were given to impose penalties on responsible officers who fail to resolve cases within the stipulated deadlines. The review also addressed pending e-KYC verifications, Sambal registrations, ex-gratia payments, and time-bound letters.

Grand Celebration of Krishna Janmashtami Planned

Preparations for a grand celebration of Shri Krishna Janmashtami in the district, in accordance with government directives, were also discussed. CEO Chauhan instructed the organization of competitions such as 'Matki Sajja', flute playing, and impromptu speeches in all schools and hostels.

A special feast will be arranged at Anganwadis and primary schools on the occasion of Janmashtami. Additionally, orders were issued to ensure cleanliness in Shri Krishna temples and cow shelters, and to organize health camps for cattle.

Afforestation Drive and Skill Development Progress

All departments have been directed to ensure participation in the large-scale afforestation and seed sowing program scheduled for September 2nd in Kanawar. CEO Chauhan also reviewed departmental achievements against the afforestation targets set for the year 2026.

The meeting also reviewed progress under the Prime Minister Internship Scheme, National Apprentice Promotional Scheme, and the Chief Minister Seekho Kamao Yojana. The Principal of the Government Divisional ITI reported that the admission process for the sixth round is underway, with a special focus on women and students who have dropped out or passed from classes nine, ten, and eleven to increase enrollment numbers.

Promotional activities for the ITI admission process are being conducted through waste collection vehicles in collaboration with CMO offices and during the Yuva Sangam event.
