Surprise Inspection Conducted at Alampur Hostel

On Wednesday, C.P. Soni, District Coordinator of the Tribal Affairs and Scheduled Caste Development Department, conducted a surprise inspection at the Government Senior Boys Hostel in Alampur, Bhind district. The inspection involved a thorough review of the hostel premises, student accommodation rooms, and the basic facilities provided to the students.

The dilapidated condition of the hostel building emerged as a significant concern during the inspection. In response, the District Coordinator assured that a new building would be constructed soon. It became evident that the hostel rooms are in a severely deteriorated state, causing considerable inconvenience to the students residing there.

New Building Construction Promised

Taking serious note of the situation, District Coordinator Soni indicated the immediate commencement of new construction work. He reassured the students that the necessary budget for this crucial project will be promptly approved and allocated, ensuring safe and improved housing for them. The paperwork related to the building construction was directed to be expedited to fast-track the release of the new budget.

Immediate Improvement Directives Issued

District Coordinator C.P. Soni issued strict instructions to the hostel superintendent for immediate improvements in the hostel's arrangements. He emphasized that the environment for students' living, dining, and studies must be fully conducive and safe. Additionally, he highlighted the need for special attention to cleanliness and maintenance within the premises.

Mr. Soni clarified that any issue related to the hostel must be resolved on a priority basis. He further stated that any negligence in matters concerning the students' welfare will not be tolerated. Hostel staff and other relevant departmental officials were present during the inspection and provided necessary information.
