Public Trust Campaign Addresses Villagers' Concerns in Aswar
Under the 'Jan-Vishwas Abhiyan-2026' (Public Trust Campaign-2026) and as per the directives of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, a special public dialogue and problem-solving camp was organized in Aswar village, Block Lahar, Bhind district, Madhya Pradesh. The camp aimed to listen to and resolve the issues faced by the local community.
District Officials Hear Grievances, Order Prompt Action
Organized at the Government Higher Secondary School premises, the camp saw the participation of Veersingh Chauhan, Chief Executive Officer of Zila Panchayat Bhind, and Rajan B Nadia, Additional Collector. They listened extensively to the villagers' problems and issued instructions for their immediate resolution.
Diverse Applications Submitted by Villagers
Over 25 applications related to various departments were submitted by the villagers. These applications encompassed grievances concerning revenue, public service management, electricity, panchayat and rural development, public health engineering, food department, and social justice.
Officials Emphasize Quality Resolution and Timely Delivery
Rajan B Nadia, Additional Collector, directed the concerned departmental officials to ensure that the received complaints are resolved on a priority basis, with quality and within the stipulated timeframe. He emphasized that ensuring all eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of the government's welfare schemes is the administration's highest priority.
Health Camp Provides Free Medical Check-ups and Medicines
A health check-up camp was also organized as part of the event, which saw significant participation from the villagers. The health team conducted examinations and distributed necessary medicines free of charge. Officials strictly instructed the in-charge officers of the relevant departments present to ensure that no leniency would be tolerated in resolving public issues.
Bridging the Gap Between Government and Citizens
This initiative provided villagers with a single point for grievance redressal and healthcare benefits. Local residents expressed their queries about various government schemes and received satisfactory solutions. The administration's primary goal is to bring government services closer to the public and to address their problems quickly and effectively.
