In a significant public grievance hearing held at the Bhind Collectorate office on October 6, 2026, Collector Kirodi Lal Meena issued strict instructions to officials of concerned departments. The objective was to ensure prompt and quality resolution of various problems and complaints from the general public.

The primary aim of this hearing was to listen to the grievances of the common people and to dispose of their cases in a time-bound manner. Over 124 applications were received during the public hearing, encompassing a range of issues.

Diverse Issues Addressed, Immediate Aid for Disabled Applicant

The applications included matters related to treatment for serious illnesses, correction of electricity bills, maintenance of handpumps, pension-related issues, road accident assistance, benefits from various beneficiary-oriented schemes, BPL ration cards, and land encroachment cases. Collector Meena listened to each application with seriousness and ordered immediate action from the concerned officials.

During the hearing, Shivcharan, son of Kalian Singh, a resident of Gram Pali Pavai, submitted an application seeking crutches. The Collector prioritized this humanitarian case, directing officials from the Social Justice Department to provide the necessary assistance immediately. The Deputy Director of the department, acting on the Collector's orders, promptly provided crutches to the applicant Shivcharan on the spot, offering him immediate relief.
