Bhind police conducted a special drive, penalizing dozens of heavy vehicles for entering 'No Entry' zones to improve traffic and safety.

Intensified Checking Drive in Bhind City
In an effort to streamline traffic management and curb road accidents in Bhind city, the local Kotwali police conducted an intensive checking campaign on Thursday. Dozens of heavy vehicles found entering 'No Entry' zones were subjected to strict action.
Campaign Led by Station House Officer
The special campaign was led by Station House Officer (SHO) Anita Gurjar and was carried out on the city's prominent and busiest routes. The primary objective was to prevent heavy vehicles from passing through densely populated and highly active market areas, deemed a significant risk to citizen safety.
Traffic Rule Violations Addressed
During the checking drive, police stopped all truck and dumper drivers found violating traffic rules. SHO Anita Gurjar personally oversaw the operation and explained the importance of traffic regulations to the drivers. She emphasized that heavy vehicle movement through the city's interior could prove fatal for ordinary citizens.
The registration numbers of the apprehended vehicles were recorded, and their photographs were taken on the spot for official records. The collected data will be maintained in their records.
Warning Issued on Vehicle Seizure
Station House Officer Anita Gurjar issued a stern warning to the violating drivers, stating that this was their last leniency. She made it clear that any heavy vehicle found entering the 'No Entry' zone again in the future would face immediate and strict action, including vehicle seizure. Subsequently, all heavy vehicles were safely diverted to the bypass route outside the city.
Public and Trader Appreciation
The action taken by the police received widespread appreciation from local residents and traders. They hailed the initiative as a positive step towards improving the city's traffic system. The SHO reiterated that the entry of heavy vehicles within the city limits would not be tolerated under any circumstances, and strict adherence to traffic rules would be ensured.
