'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' Review and Oath Ceremony Held at Bhind Municipality
A special meeting was organized at the Bhind Municipality Council office on Friday, September 25, 2026, to review the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' (Service Commitment Campaign) being conducted in observance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.
MLA Emphasizes Citizen Welfare and Development
The meeting was graced by MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah as the chief guest. He conducted a thorough evaluation of the campaign's progress and instructed officials and public representatives to ensure that the benefits of public welfare programs under the campaign reach the last eligible person in each ward. Chief Municipal Officer (CMO) Virendra Chakravarti was also present.
MLA Kushwah stressed the importance of officials personally visiting wards to inspect sanitation, health services, and other fundamental civic amenities. He stated that the swift resolution of public issues is the administration's top priority, ensuring citizens do not face any inconvenience.
Six Nominated Aldermen Take Oath of Office
During this special meeting, six nominated aldermen of the Municipality Council took their oaths of office and secrecy. In the presence of MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah and administrative officials, Ajit Singh Bhadauria, Ashish Samadhiya, Anoop Pandey, Monu Narwariya, Sunil Tomar, and Mrs. Nitesh Jain took their oaths.
Congratulating the newly appointed aldermen, MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah expressed his hope that they would fulfill their responsibilities with utmost dedication and diligence. He urged everyone to prioritize public interest and play an active role in the overall development of the city and the improvement of civic amenities. The MLA clarified that balanced ward development and effective resolution of local problems should be the primary goal for all.
Various municipal officials, employees, and a large number of local citizens were present on the occasion. The program concluded with a pledge for the all-round development of the city.
