Citizen Safety is Police Priority
In his address, Superintendent of Police Suraj Kumar Verma stated that road safety is not solely the responsibility of the police, but a moral duty of every citizen. He emphasized that the majority of road accidents are caused by human negligence and disregard for traffic rules.
SP Verma clarified that adhering to traffic rules is not just about avoiding fines, but essential for ensuring the safety of oneself and one's family. He highlighted the use of helmets, seat belts, and adherence to prescribed speed limits as the most effective ways to save precious lives.
Life Safety as Crucial as Financial Security

Awareness is Key to Safe Traffic
Traffic In-charge Raghavendra Bhargav explained that the police's objective is not merely to penalize but to ensure safe travel for everyone. He specifically advised young people to refrain from speeding and to always wear helmets while riding.
