Launch of 'Aangan Milan Seva' in Bhind

As part of the state-wide Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, the 'Aangan Milan Seva' program has been formally launched in Bhind. The inauguration was led by MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah at a local Anganwadi center.

During his visit, MLA Kushwah engaged directly with the children and mothers present, conveying Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav's message emphasizing the crucial role of Anganwadi centers. This special three-day initiative will run across all Anganwadi centers in the state from September 26 to October 5, 2026.

Promoting Development and Well-being

MLA Narendra Singh Kushwah highlighted the objective to develop these centers not merely as childcare facilities but as vital hubs connecting the community. The event will feature engaging activities for children, including drawing competitions, storytelling, and various games.

A key focus of the program is to spread awareness about health and nutrition. Discussions will cover life-saving aspects such as hygiene, vaccination, prenatal care, proper nutrition, breastfeeding, and infant care, particularly for mothers, pregnant women, and other beneficiaries.

The MLA also underscored significant public welfare schemes, including the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, Ladli Laxmi Yojana, and Ladli Bahna Yojana. He encouraged the women present to avail the benefits of these schemes to maximize their advantage from these government initiatives.

Appreciation for Workers' Dedication

The program was attended by District Program Officer Mahendra Singh Amba, CDPO Parashuram Sharma, supervisors, and a large number of Anganwadi workers and assistants. MLA Kushwah lauded the Anganwadi workers for their active participation and dedication, stating that their role is invaluable in extending government policies to the grassroots level.

He urged everyone to participate enthusiastically in these events to ensure all sections of society fully benefit from government schemes, thereby fostering greater awareness about child development and maternal health.
