Virendra Chakravarty, the newly appointed Chief Municipal Officer (CMO) of the Bhind Municipal Council and State President of the Urban Local Body Clerical Preservation Welfare Association, received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from local employees on his first arrival in Bhind after assuming office. His arrival was met with significant excitement among the clerical staff and other personnel of the Municipal Council, who expressed hopes for the city's development and improvement of civic amenities under his leadership.

A reception ceremony held at the CMO's residence saw a large turnout of clerical staff, officers, and other employees from the Bhind Municipal Council. On this occasion, employees presented a bouquet to the newly appointed CMO, Virendra Chakravarty, and honored him with a shawl and safa (turban). They also offered him sweets, conveying their best wishes for his new responsibilities.
