Bhind District Court Successfully Organizes 'Ullas: An Expedition 2026' Campaign

'Ullas: An Expedition 2026' Celebrates Spirit of Sportsmanship at Bhind District Court

In compliance with the directives of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Bhind District Court successfully organized 'Ullas: An Expedition 2026' on the occasion of Independence Day. The two-day event, held under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge KS Baria, was also supported by the District Legal Services Authority, Bhind.

The unique initiative aimed to promote camaraderie and sportsmanship among members of the judicial family. The program featured various recreational sports and cultural competitions for judges, court staff, and their children. These included events such as badminton, chess, carrom, fancy dress, quiz, sack race, lemon and spoon race, rangoli, essay writing, and painting.

Enthusiastic Participation and Victories

Members of the judicial family participated with great enthusiasm, creating a joyful and vibrant atmosphere within the court premises. The badminton competition saw Judge Dr. Manoj Kumar Goyal and Stenographer Piyush Bajpai's team emerge victorious, while the team of Judge Akash Sharma and Prateek Saxena secured the runner-up position.

In chess, Accountant Chandresh Nagaraj claimed the first place, with Vishnu Barua as the runner-up. The carrom competition was won by the pair of Avinash Sharma and Ajab Singh, while Deepak Gautam and Abhishek Gupta were the runners-up. Competitions were also organized for children's categories.

Children Shine in Various Events

In the children's badminton, Aniket Goyal was declared the winner and Hardik Yadav the runner-up. Avni secured the first position in chess, while Parth Tamrakar won the carrom competition. In the fancy dress competition, Anaya Goyal took first place, followed by Pari in second, and Mohammad Arslan in third.

Additionally, Ankit Rajawat won the sack race, and Ramsharan Pandey won the lemon and spoon race. Rekha Rajawat secured the first position in the rangoli competition. In the painting and essay writing categories for the 9-year-old and below age group, Anaya Goyal was the winner.

Grand Finale and Recognition

The two-day 'Ullas: An Expedition 2026' program concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony. Principal District and Sessions Judge KS Baria and Special Judge Manoj Kumar Tiwari felicitated all the winning and runner-up participants with prizes and certificates, acknowledging their excellent performances.

The District Registrar and Judge Dr. Manoj Kumar Goyal played a pivotal role in making the event a success. He was instrumental in forming teams of judges and staff, significantly contributing to the smooth execution of the program.
